Sue Watson, ARM

As Chief Operating Officer and Partner, Sue oversees the administration, marketing, financial and risk management, technology, human resources, strategic planning and operations of the firm.  Throughout her career, Sue has participated in more than 30 merger and acquisition transactions, which provided her with the experience of working with all phases of an entity’s lifecycle, from start-up through disposition.  She is focused on continuing the family-like culture at the firm.

Sue has a Designation of Associate in Risk Management from the Insurance Institute of America.  Her professional memberships include the CPA Firm Management Association, the Association for Accounting Marketing, and the San Diego Chapter of the Risk and Insurance Management Society, where she was past President.

Sue holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.  The foundation of her career in management began with leadership classes in high school, management courses in college, and continuing education throughout her career.

Sue enjoys spending time with family and friends off-roading, camping in the desert and enjoying the beautiful San Diego coastline.  Her favorite times are spent with her grandsons. Sue started consulting with LevitZacks in 2003 and joined the team in 2007 as the COO.
