Michael C. Friedman, CPA
As Tax Department Partner, Mike primarily works on tax planning for pass-through entities, closely held corporations and groups of entities with a common set of owners. His skills encompass merger and acquisition consulting, income tax planning, estate/trust/gift tax planning along with tax compliance. Mike helps clients with proactive planning that matches tax considerations with their business needs, helping clients make tax-efficient decisions and advising them how to navigate the tax law to best minimize their tax liabilities.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting, from San Diego State University.
Mike enjoys visiting with his grown children, gardening in his rose gardens, working in his woodshop on furniture designs and traveling with his wife. Mike joined LevitZacks in 2003.
