Carlos Mora

As an Audit Manager, Carlos has over seven years of experience in the public accounting sector, advancing from a staff position to currently serving as a manager. Prior to specializing in public accounting, Carlos spent a year and a half immersed in forensic accounting at a private company, where his roles ranged from intern to financial analyst.

Carlos earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Business Law, followed by a Master’s degree in Forensic Accounting with a concentration in Digital Analytics from Florida Atlantic University. This academic foundation has not only complemented Carlos’s practical experiences but also equipped him with specialized knowledge essential for his current role.

Carlos consistently addresses crucial challenges for clients, particularly in enhancing record-keeping practices. He emphasizes the importance of comprehensive financial management beyond revenue generation, guiding clients through the intricacies of internal controls and process understanding.

Carlos establishes rapport and trust with clients, and they view him as a reliable advisor. This fosters long-term client relationships built on mutual respect and understanding.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Carlos actively engages in community service, dedicating time over the past three years to volunteer at a local facility providing essential support to families in need, particularly during Thanksgiving.

Outside of work and volunteering, Carlos finds enjoyment in outdoor activities such as golf, football, hiking, fishing, and swimming. He also enjoys a great story and listening to audiobooks during his travels.
